University of Houston Multi-Service Buildings and Parking Garage #5

The new 67,000 SF multi-service building provides invaluable space for the faculty and students at this metropolitan campus in the heart of Houston. The multiservice building is home to the university’s architecture and art departments and includes student workshops, studios and office areas, fine art studios, exhibition rooms and new office space for the faculty and food service establishments. The project also includes a new five-story, 785,000 SF pre-cast parking garage containing 2,500 parking spaces for students and visitors.

The project was recognized by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Greater Houston and received the 2020 Excellence in Construction Merit Award for the Institutional – Publicly Funded Greater Than $40 million category.
