Utica Square Building No. 9
A renovation of an upscale shopping center to accommodate new tenants, unique structural additions were made to the building before the removal of interior walls and structural columns. The interior was demolished and received new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Tenants include Pottery Barn Kids, American Eagle, Banana Republic, and Ihloff Salon and Day Spa.
