The Campbell Clinic Expansion transformed a vacant 5-acre parcel into a four-story, 120,000 SF medical office building and surgery center integrated with the active campus. The facility includes a members only performance gym, advanced therapy pools, and turf training areas. Clinical floors feature a patient-friendly layout with
30,000 SF of offices, cast rooms, and x-ray suites. The fourth-floor ambulatory surgery center offers private pre-op rooms, procedure rooms, recovery spaces, and eight fully integrated operating rooms, four with observation lounges featuring smart-glass technology.
