Rising 850 feet, the 50-story office tower stands as the tallest structure in Oklahoma and exceeds the height of every surrounding state’s tallest building except Houston’s. The tower, together with a six-story glass rotunda, auditorium, and five-story, 400,000-square-foot podium, totals more than 1.8 million square feet. A 10-story parking garage—extending above and below grade—accommodates 3,300 vehicles, and a 300-seat auditorium supports large gatherings and events.

Amenities include a full-service, multi-station cafeteria and dining area, a state-of-the-art wellness center with mothering rooms, a data center, and a variety of meeting and conference spaces. The adjacent podium houses a mass assembly training center along with additional general meeting areas. Upon completion, the project is recognized as the largest newly constructed LEED® Gold–certified skyscraper in the nation.
