After 100 years in its previous headquarters, this new facility is designed to support the Oklahoma-based concrete company for the next century. The three-story, 78,000 SF building balances durability and functionality with a modern workplace environment. It features polished concrete floors, executive offices, an open floor plan, conference rooms, an employee break room and kitchen, and a fitness center. A self-sustaining 24/7 dispatch center is housed in the basement. Visitors enter through a three-story, self-contained atrium, where Dolese’s concrete products and materials are showcased throughout the building.
