Early Childhood Academy Orange Mound

The Early Childhood Academy provides thoughtfully designed spaces that support research, observation, and hands-on learning for young children and early childhood practitioners. The facility includes 18 classrooms serving nearly 300 local children, each designed with developmentally appropriate, child-centered environments. Inspired by the traditions of the Orange Mound community, the design creates a sense of home and belonging. Front-porch façades at each classroom open to a natural playscape, encouraging play-based learning and meaningful connections between indoor and outdoor spaces.
