The project delivers new student housing for East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. The 3-story, 130-bed facility sits on a pier-and-grade-beam foundation with load-bearing wood-stud walls and exterior masonry veneer. Floors are framed with TJI wood trusses, and the roof uses wood trusses topped with shingles.
