Flintco partnered with an aerospace manufacturing client to replace a critical Kathabar liquid desiccant dehumidification system serving cleanroom manufacturing and integration spaces. Phase 1 included installation of a new makeup air unit, steam generator, and DI water skid to provide temporary humidity-controlled air and maintain operations. Phase 2 consisted of replacement of the Kathabar unit, demolition and reconstruction of the Kathene containment, equipment, and penthouse slab, along with upgrades to associated hydronic piping and ductwork.
