Hard Rock Casino and Hotel

Since 2007, Flintco has partnered with Hard Rock to deliver over 641,000 SF of new construction, renovations, and expansions across multiple properties. Projects include the Hard Rock Tower Interior Renovation, updating 208 hotel rooms, corridors, and lobbies; the Cherokee Hard Rock Casino Exterior Renovation, with EIFS refinishing, new lighting, signage, and architectural accents; and the Track 5 casino addition, featuring a 7,200 SF multipurpose space, nightclub venue, gaming floor upgrades, and positive displacement ventilation.

Other notable projects include Hard Rock Casino III, rebuilding a 65,000 SF bingo hall, adding a 100-suite hotel and HVAC upgrades; the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, with a 19-story hotel, five dining venues, five nightclubs, a 500,000 SF parking structure, and 35,000 SF of meeting and event space; and the Hard Rock ‘The Joint’ Theatre, a 2,700-seat indoor amphitheater with advanced sound and lighting, private suites, and performer amenities. Throughout these projects, Flintco has executed complex renovations and expansions in active, high-profile environments, maintaining seamless operations, prioritizing guest safety, and enhancing the overall aesthetic experience.
