JC Kellam Administration Building at Texas State University

At the JC Kellam Administration Building (JCK), four exterior balconies are enclosed with new curtain walls, and the floor is completely reimagined with refreshed restrooms, kitchen, conference room, lobbies, ballroom, and support spaces. The renovation also replaces the 20,000 SF gyp-deck roof and metal panel system, delivering durability, performance, and a modernized campus hub.
