Memphis International Airport ATCT

The new 336-foot air traffic control tower at Memphis International Airport combines structural precast concrete, steel, and architectural precast to create a resilient, state-of-the-art facility. The 24,850 SF base building houses training rooms, a tower cab simulator, administrative offices, and an expanded TRACON with room for future growth. Designed with seismic, security, and simulation capabilities, the complex includes a separate Environmental Services building with critical power feeds, an emergency diesel generator, and dual UPS systems to ensure 72-hour uninterrupted operations.
