PROJECT DETAILS

The Saracen Casino Resort Phase II expansion adds 600,000 SF of new construction to the existing 400,000 SF casino, creating a full million-square-foot resort destination. The design-build project features a 15-story glass hotel tower with approximately 320 guest rooms, including suites, and a 1,600-seat event center for concerts and banquets. The expansion delivers luxury accommodations, spa amenities, convention and entertainment spaces, and enhanced guest services, establishing Saracen as a premier full-service resort destination.
