TAIT Air Traffic Control Tower & TRACON Base Building

The project delivers a new Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) and TRACON Base Building to replace the existing facilities at Tulsa International Airport (TUL). The 257-foot ATCT features expanded upper levels and a 550 SF, twelve-column option control cab. The TRACON Base Building follows the FAA standard 13,000 SF design. Scope includes demolition of the existing tower, concrete, structural steel, precast panels, CMU, aluminum storefronts, interior framing and finishes, fire protection, and complete MEP, security, and technology systems.
