The Compton Hotel is a 116,000 SF independent hotel designed around its cycling-focused identity. The six-story, new-construction building offers 142 rooms alongside an event space, restaurant, bar, cafe, and two retail spaces. Cycling-specific amenities include a bike valet, secure bike storage, and a bike wash station. Construction features a brick and metal panel facade, TPO roofing, a concrete podium, and structural metal stud framing above.
