The new 67,000 SF multi-service building houses food service establishments, architectural student workshops, studios and office areas, fine art studios, exhibition rooms, and new university office space. The project also includes a five-story, 785,000 SF parking garage with 2,500 parking spaces. A new parking guidance system directs vehicles and provides real-time visual updates on available spaces and quantities, improving circulation and the overall user experience.
