The Plastic Wrap Manufacturing Facility Renovation transforms an active food service and household goods production plant through a 100,000 SF renovation encompassing single-story construction with 30-foot high and low bays founded on drilled piers. Matching exterior finishes and textures across concrete tilt-up wall panels from previous additions presented significant aesthetic and technical challenges, while strict contamination controls inside and outside the facility shaped every phase of construction. A 3,500 kW power installation supports the expanded manufacturing operation, delivering a renewed, high-capacity facility built to the exacting standards of food service production.
