Rising 57 stories above Rainey Street, this 651-foot tower redefines downtown living in Austin’s Central Business District. The project delivers 319 luxury residences, 15 levels of parking, and ground-floor retail within a tight 0.37-acre footprint. Three levels of amenity space include indoor and outdoor lounges, private dining areas, a 25-meter pool and spa, fitness center, and dog run. Built amid one of the city’s busiest corridors, the team coordinated closely with neighbors and city agencies to keep the project safe, efficient, and on schedule.
