More than a parking garage, the Downtown Mobility Center transforms a former surface lot into a seven-story, 960-vehicle multimodal hub in the heart of downtown Memphis. Located at South Main Street and Beale Street, it supports nearby attractions including FedExForum and Tom Lee Park. The facility features a trolley stop, ride-share access, EV charging, a secure bike hub, ground-floor commercial space, and Memphis-inspired artwork from 16 local artists—enhancing connectivity, access, and downtown vitality.
