Morgan DeBorde
Business Development Manager
Earning a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness and an MBA from Texas A&M University, Morgan joined Flintco in 2024 after working in the industry at Project Management firm for five years.
She serves as vice president for the Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects– Houston, and is a member of the Houston chapters of Urban Leadership Institute and the Society for Marketing Professional Services, the Association for Medical Facilities Professionals, as well as the Association for Learning Environments–Gulf Coast Chapter. Morgan volunteers as the committee chair for Brazoria County Actions Inc., and mentors two students at Pearland ISD through their RISE program.
Morgan and her fiancé love spending time with their three dogs, enjoy hiking, and are avid Aggie football fans—attending many home games.
