Build Arkansas 51
Where our Arkansas story started.
In 1951, our first project at the University of Arkansas began a partnership with Arkansas that’s now 75 years strong. Since then, this region has become more than a place we build—it’s home. Build Arkansas 51 celebrates that history and the people who made it possible.

A place worth putting down roots.
Arkansas has a way of pulling you in. It’s the mix of small-town heart and big-idea energy. The trails you run before work. The art that sparks conversation. The neighbors who show up when it counts. And the work that feels meaningful because you can see its impact all around you.

UPCOMING Project
Redefining care in Arkansas.
Philanthropist Alice Walton has dedicated her work to strengthening communities—expanding access to the arts, improving education, advancing health, and creating economic opportunity. That commitment is taking shape in a new whole-health campus in Bentonville.
Led by the Alice L. Walton Foundation, this 100-acre campus brings together care, nature, and community to support physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. Designed by CannonDesign and EDSA, it reflects a belief that where care happens matters just as much as how it’s delivered

Now hiring the people to build it.
Flintco is serving as Construction Manager on this landmark project, and we’re building the team to deliver it. We’re looking for experienced builders and problem-solvers who take ownership and work well in complex environments. If you want the chance to work on this one-of-a-kind project that will shape Northwest Arkansas for decades, this is your opportunity. Bring your experience—we’ll put it to work.
