Izzio Artisan Bakery expands operations with a 179,000 SF production facility designed to support growth and efficiency. Phase 1 includes ingredient storage, mixing, washdown areas, maintenance space, and two hand-mix baking lines with 20 ovens. The new facility also houses offices, break rooms, and full infrastructure for production, including a fresh dough area, five baking lines, R&D freezer, packaging, and logistics. A new central utility plant supports the highly mechanical, electrical, and plumbing-intensive operations, ensuring reliable performance. Every element is designed to enhance production capacity, streamline operations, and support Izzio’s commitment to quality and innovation.
