What does better construction look like?

LEAN2.0 FRAMEWORK

The 5 + 1 baseline.

Our Lean2.0 approach builds on the foundations of Lean construction and takes it a step further by integrating technology, coaching, and culture. It’s how we identify problems before they become costly surprises.

Everyone, from owners to trade partners, works side by side to plan each phase together.

Before a project starts, we define what success looks like for everyone involved. When expectations are clear, results follow.

Our certified Lean coaches guide the project team through phase planning and startup—ensuring every voice is heard, and every plan is achievable.

We don’t outsource expertise. Every team member on a Lean2.0 project is trained how to facilitate, communicate, and lead. It’s how we keep continuous improvement continuous.

Using Touchplan, a digital version of the Last Planner System®, everyone on the project can track progress in real time. Collaboration stays visible. Accountability stays easy.

We call it 5 + 1 for a reason. The +1 is our commitment. To each other, to the work, and to the people who trust us to build it right.

OFF-SITE PREFABRICATION

Another way we deliver more value.

Off-site construction supports Lean2.0 by increasing efficiency. Prefabricating and assembling components in controlled environments, we reduce waste, improve quality, and shorten schedules.

Working side by side with trade partners, we use BIM to plan every detail—from wall panels and modular utility plants to restroom pods and headwalls—so installation is faster, safer, and more predictable.

You Bring The Vision.

We’ll Make It Happen.
