Baylor University Marrs McLean Science Building Renovation

Designed and constructed to achieve LEED® Gold certification, the renovation of this four-story building houses three academic departments, with space to serve several smaller departments and organizations. Work included demolition of the interior and renovation of a lecture hall, several smaller classrooms, labs, and offices. Building information modeling (BIM) was used to coordinate utilities in the ceilings to work with the open design.
