CBMAA Momentary Building at night

PROJECT DETAILS

The Momentary

An adaptive reuse of a 65,000 SF decommissioned Kraft Foods plant transforms the site into a multi-disciplinary home for visual and performing arts and an artist-in-residency program. The project introduces anew elevator tower with a rooftop bar, glass-enclosed main entrance, landscaped grounds, and multiple stages and performance areas. Designed to welcome both artists and the public, the facility supports exhibitions, residencies, and outdoor events, creating a vibrant new space for art and community connection.
