ACC Highland Chilled Water Plant

This project completes the 4,500-ton Chilled Water Plant serving the ACC Highland Campus. The work includes interior finish-out of the core and shell, installation and commissioning of chillers, cooling towers, pumps, electrical systems, and controls, as well as a 1.8-million-gallon thermal energy storage tank. Designed to provide reliable, efficient cooling across the campus, the facility supports student comfort, operational continuity, and sustainable energy management, creating infrastructure that directly enhances the learning environment and campus experience.
