PROJECT DETAILS

Franklin Street Terminal

The replacement facility for McDonald Farms rises along the South Platte River to support the CSU Veterinary Science program at the National Western Center. The transloading facility enables efficient truck and rail handling, short-term commodity storage, and safe material flow. Foundations, silos, biofuel tanks, structural steel, and process piping create a durable, purpose-built facility, while systems for biodiesel, hot water generation, pneumatic conveying, and dust collection support reliable operations. Over 6,000 feet of process piping tie the facility together, delivering a functional, resilient hub for research, education, and agricultural processing.
