The five-level, precast parking garage at OSU Medical Center provides 997 parking spaces and incorporates a parking guidance system along with infrastructure to support electric vehicles. The split-level structure features cast-in-place basement walls, and an adjacent surface lot adds 180 additional spaces. Constructed on a previously developed surface parking lot, the project required demolition and approximately 15 feet of mass excavation with shoring to prepare the site for the new facility.
