PROJECT DETAILS

Mineral Studies Lab at the University of Texas

Renovations to the Mineral Studies Lab at the University of Texas upgrade laboratories with new fume hoods and eye wash stations, replace doors and windows, and refresh finishes throughout the building. An 18,000-SF addition adds a viewing room and a one-story research building featuring a rooftop terrace with a circular canopy that illuminates at night. A skybridge connects the new addition to the existing lab over the rock garden, creating a functional and visually engaging space.
