PROJECT DETAILS

The new Public Services Complex brings together a series of purpose-built facilities to support daily operations for the City of San Marcos. The campus includes multiple pre-engineered and conventional steel buildings housing administration offices, crew and maintenance spaces, warehouse and storage areas, wash bays, enclosed parking, and vehicle canopies. Integrated site work, utilities, and concrete paving create a cohesive, efficient layout. Solar panels installed on the utility and warehouse buildings reinforce long-term sustainability, while careful coordination ensured seamless equipment relocation and uninterrupted city services.
