The Design-Build project site originally includes three small housing buildings that are abated and demolished at the start of the project. The new stand-alone garage provides 550 parking spaces, serving as visitor parking for the campus and as the primary parking area for Coliseum events. The site also includes a 4,600 SF police dispatch building with offices, a conference room, a dispatch center, and supporting spaces at the ground level.
