Alberici & Flintco Expand Services with Investment in LCG Capital Management

Offering Real Estate Development, Brokerage, Property Management, and Corporate Services ST. LOUIS [June 30, 2025] – Alberici Corporation has made a strategic investment in LCG Capital Management, a real estate firm specializing in development, brokerage, property management and corporate services. As a result, Alberici Constructors and Flintco’s construction clients will gain access to specialized real estate expertise. Founded by industry veterans Rob Goltermann, Ian Silberman and Scott Bitney, LCG Capital Management will retain its name and continue to operate independently under the leadership of Goltermann as CEO.
