New Indian Healthcare Clinic Expansion Enhances Access to Comprehensive, Culturally Centered Care

Tulsa, OK – The Indian Health Care Resource Center (IHCRC) has officially opened the newly expanded Indian Healthcare Clinic. The 65,000-square-foot expansion significantly improves healthcare access for the Native American community in the Tulsa area. Built by Flintco, the project represents a vital investment in community health, delivering comprehensive, culturally sensitive care while removing barriers that once forced patients to seek specialized services outside the region.

“IHCRC’s mission to provide compassionate, culturally centered care aligns with our commitment to serve communities in meaningful ways,” said Brett Venable, Flintco Vice President and Area Manager. “This clinic will improve lives and broaden access to essential healthcare for Native families across the Tulsa area.”

The expanded facility grows IHCRC’s core services, including pharmacy, dental, and optometry, while introducing new specialty offerings such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. By providing these services locally, IHCRC ensures more equitable, convenient care for the community it serves.

Designed by Childers Architects, the expansion reflects the specific needs and values of the Native American community. It reinforces IHCRC’s long-standing mission to deliver patient-centered care grounded in cultural understanding and trust. With a larger footprint and broader service offerings, the facility is now positioned to serve as a regional hub for holistic health and wellness
