Manvel, TX – The City of Manvel, Manvel Police Department, Flintco, and PGAL gathered to celebrate the successful completion and ribbon cutting of the new Manvel Police Station, a modern facility designed to enhance public safety and support the dedicated men and women who serve the Manvel community.

The new building was designed to meet the evolving needs of the department. It features advanced technology that boosts law enforcement capabilities and enhanced security systems to ensure a safe environment for both officers and visitors. Modern amenities provide comfort and functionality for staff, while temporary animal housing kennels accommodate the department’s animal control needs.

Recognizing the importance of community engagement, the facility includes a spacious meeting area where residents can connect with law enforcement. Additionally, a fully equipped Emergency Operations Center has been integrated to strengthen the city’s ability to respond efficiently in times of crisis. The overall design strategically focuses on operational efficiency, supporting both current demands and future growth.

“This new station will be a cornerstone for community safety and reflects our shared commitment to supporting the hardworking men and women who protect Manvel residents,” said Kendra Santa, Flintco Project Director.

The Manvel Police Station is the latest example of Flintco’s commitment to building essential public safety and civic facilities that serve growing communities. Across the Houston metro and surrounding communities, Flintco has delivered projects that support first responders, enhance emergency preparedness, and create welcoming spaces for public engagement. From law enforcement and fire stations to city halls and assembly spaces, our work reflects a deep investment in the infrastructure that keeps communities connected, protected, and prepared for the future.
