Built in 1911, the hotel was one of the first high-rises in Downtown Oklahoma City and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Preservation is focused on specific floors and exposes the original floor, wall tile, and ornate ceiling details. Other renovations include guestrooms, a conference center, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, pool, spa, and an attached garage. Other features include specialty shops, an art gallery, a bank, and a turn-of-the-century coffee shop.
