PROJECT DETAILS

This design-build project delivers the state’s only secure care treatment facility forjuveniles, expanding the historic 1919 site into a modern, purpose-built campus. Thefacility provides housing for 144 youth in six low-security cottages and one high-securitymale cottage, designed to create a safe, residential environment. New construction alsoadds a dining hall, warehouse, and support building with a crisis management unit, clinic,and intake. Outdoor spaces feature a courtyard, picnic area, basketball courts, andsoccerfields.
