Alberici Announces Dr. Karen Bridbord as Chief Talent Officer

New role will lead strategies that bolster talent development and cultivate organizational culture at Alberici and Flintco

 

ST. LOUIS (January 10, 2023) – With a robust career spanning a range of industries, including law, technology, finance, the arts, and construction, Dr. Karen Bridbord was named Alberici Corporation’s Chief Talent Officer.

Bridbord, who specializes in talent development and workplace dynamics, led her firm Karen Bridbord & Associates since 1999, supporting corporations in achieving their talent development goals.  Her approach is distinguished by integrating organizational behavior and clinical psychology in her work with individuals and organizations.

Bridbord’s role will be enterprise-wide, shaping a comprehensive people strategy, which includes talent selection, talent development, succession planning, organizational development, and employee wellness.  She will play a crucial role in executive talent management and will be instrumental in maintaining and cultivating a positive organizational culture aligned with Alberici’s and Flintco’s missions and values.
