Ashley Wise Named to Journal Record Achievers Under 40

Flintco is proud to announce that Ashley Wise has been named to Journal Record’s prestigious Achievers Under 40 list, which honors exceptional young professionals making meaningful contributions to their industries and communities.

A dynamic leader in the commercial construction industry, Ashley is recognized for her ability to manage large-scale, complex projects while fostering strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and colleagues. Throughout her eight-year career at Flintco, she has played a key role in delivering over $500 million in projects across Oklahoma City, including the award-winning Civic Center Music Hall renovation, the Oklahoma City Convention Center, and the OG&E Coliseum.

“Ashley’s technical expertise and commitment to excellence have consistently set her apart in our industry,” said Kirk Mammen, Flintco Vice President. “Her ability to unite teams, drive innovation, and deliver outstanding results on complex projects has been instrumental to Flintco’s success in the Oklahoma City market.”

Ashley began her career at Flintco after earning a bachelor’s degree in finance from Oklahoma State University. She has risen steadily through the ranks—from being named Rookie of the Year to serving as Project Manager, and now as a Lead Superintendent. Her dedication to continuous learning is evident through her completion of Flintco’s rigorous two-year leadership development program, Pillars, and her certifications as a LEED Green Associate and ACI Technician Grade 1.

Her leadership has contributed to numerous industry accolades for Flintco project teams, including: the Engineering News Record Safety Award, Associated General Contractors (AGC) Build Oklahoma Award, Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Excellence in Construction Award, and Journal Record Top Commercial Projects Award.

“Ashley exemplifies the future of leadership in construction,” added Kirk. “She consistently balances a demanding professional role with her responsibilities as a mother of two, showcasing resilience and dedication, inspiring everyone around her.”

Beyond her project successes, Ashley is a passionate mentor and advocate for the next generation of construction professionals. She leads with empathy, fosters collaboration, and champions innovation, continually raising the bar for what is possible in the construction industry.
