Flintco is proud to announce that Brittney Driskill has been named to Oklahoma Magazine’s prestigious 40 Under 40 list, recognizing outstanding young professionals making significant contributions to their industries and communities.
Driskill earned this recognition through her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to developing the next generation of construction management professionals. As Champion of Flintco’s Internship Committee since its inception over seven years ago, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future by coordinating career fairs, conducting new hire interviews, organizing end-of-internship presentations, and implementing numerous training initiatives.
“Brittney consistently raises her hand to volunteer in Flintco’s efforts to hire and train our younger generation of employees,” said Brett Venable, Flintco Vice President and Area Manager. “Her dedication to strengthening our talent pipeline has been instrumental in maintaining Flintco’s reputation for excellence in the construction industry.”
In recognition of her commitment to employee development, Driskill was selected to participate in Flintco’s Pillars program. In this elite internal leadership initiative, 20-25 employees from all eight national offices undergo rigorous leadership training over two years. She attended all sessions and distinguished herself among her peers before graduating from the program in 2020.
Consistently praised for her positive attitude and willingness to mentor others, Driskill has been recognized with a Chairman’s Award for Employee Development, Flintco’s highest honor.
Beyond her professional achievements, Driskill is deeply involved in her community. She serves as Vice Chair and President-Elect for the Owasso Education Foundation, where she previously held the position of Secretary and served on various committees. She is also an active member of the Owasso Chamber and First Church Owasso and is a graduate of Leadership Owasso.
Driskill represents Flintco at numerous community events including non-profit dinners, galas, luncheons, and golf tournaments. She accomplishes all this while balancing her responsibilities as a full-time project manager and mother to three boys under the age of eight.
“Brittney’s passion for helping others and her commitment to both professional excellence and community service exemplify the values we champion at Flintco,” added Venable. “We couldn’t be prouder to see her receive this well-deserved recognition.”
