High-capacity boilersand chillers support heating, cooling, and process needs through an extensive underground distribution network. Designed as both infrastructure and a teaching tool, the facility includes an 80-seat classroom and an observation deck overlooking plant operations. The project also modernizes the campus electrical distribution system with increased voltage capacity, underground duct banks, and anew 12,000 SF power distribution center that includes a hardened basement electrical vault designed to withstand F3 winds, strengthening resilience and supporting the university’s long-term growth.

  • Levee Improvement District 2 Storm Water Pump Station

    The Fort Bend County LID #2 Storm Water Pump Station protects the Sugar
    Land community from flooding by moving up to 1.3 million gallons of water per minute.
    Seven vertical
    pumps, supported by redundant power and monitoring systems, deliver
    reliable performance during severe weather events. Built to withstand demanding
    conditions, the facility strengthens regional flood control and safeguards homes,
    businesses, and critical i

  • Izzio Bakehouse North Expansion

    Izzio Artisan Bakery expands operations with a 179,000
    SF
    production facility
    designed to support growth and efficiency. Phase 1 includes ingredient storage, mixing,
    washdown areas, maintenance space, and two hand

    mix baking lines with 20 ovens. The
    new facility also houses offices, break rooms, and full infrastr
    ucture for production,
    including a fresh dough area, five baking lines, R&D freezer, packaging, and logistics. A

  • Franklin Street Terminal

    The replacement facility for McDonald Farms rises along the South Platte
    River to support the CSU Veterinary Science program at the National Western Center. The

    storage, and safe material flow. Foundations, silos, biofuel tanks, structural steel, and
    process piping create a durable, purpose

    built facility, while systems for biodiesel, hot
    water generation, pneumatic co
    nveying, and dust collection support reliable operations.
    Over 6,000 feet of process piping tie the facility together, delivering a functional, resilient
    hub for research, education, and agricultural processing.

  • District Cooling Plant #3

    Downtown District Cooling Plant #3 (DCP3) adds 10,000 tons of reliable
    cooling capacity with four 2,500

    ton water

    cooled chillers and nine cooling tower cells. The

    district energy infrastructure while supporting commercial
    and residential users. Self

    performed work includes concrete foundations, vertical
    structures, elevated decks, duct banks, conduit, and manholes. In coordination with Union
    Pacific Railroad, the te
    am installs a 200

    foot conduit tunnel beneath active tracks using a
    jack

    bore method, ensuring safe, efficient utility routing. Every element is designed to

  • ACC Highland Chilled Water Plant

    This project completes the 4,500-ton Chilled Water Plant serving the ACCHighland Campus.
