  • Boone Pickens Stadium Bowl Renovations

    Since 2002, Flintco has completed multiple projects at Oklahoma State
    University, including renovations and expansions to Boone Pickens Stadium. This multi

    phase project modernizes the
    historic facility with upgrades to north and south bleachers,
    plazas, utilities, and field lighting. New club and suite levels include 2,000 outdoor seats,
    32 luxury suites, and a Club Lounge with high

    end finishes. Ramps, elevators, and
    escalators improve
    access, while restroom and concession buildings are replaced. The
    west end zone bowl connects renovated sides and houses locker rooms, meeting spaces,
    coaches

    offices, and 58 additional suites, creating a world

    class football venue.

  • Hardesty Family Adaptive Sports Complex

    The new two

    story Hardesty Family Adaptive Sports Complex expands the
    Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges, connecting to the existing facility. It
    features an NCAA regulation basketball court, adaptive rock climbing wall, resistance
    therapy poo
    l, and elevated walking track. Universal design removes accessibility barriers,
    while site improvements include a courtyard plaza, outdoor sports court, water feature,
    butterfly garden, and walking/cycling trails with benches and shade. Utility upgrades,
    s
    treetscape, and parking renovations support the expanded facility and its inclusive
    mission.

  • Gaylord Family Memorial Stadium South End Zone

    The renovation and addition at Owen Field upgrades team facilities and fan
    amenities, including new south end zone bowl seating, premium seating, coaches

    offices,
    lounges, locker
    rooms, and a sports medicine area. Two new fan plazas and a colossal
    video board

    the second

    largest in college athletics

    enhance the stadium experience.
    Delivered in a joint venture with Austin Commercial, this phase continues Flintco

    term partnersh
    ip at Gaylord Family Memorial Stadium, building on over 8 previous phases
    and extensive athletic, office, and training facility improvements.

  • Fred W. Smith Football Center

    The new sports facility includes coaching offices, conference and team meeting rooms, and a video analysis space. Athlete support features a locker room, team lounge, training room, and equipment room for 125 student athletes, incorporating advanced rehabilitation and therapy technology. Additional amenities include a banquet room with catering kitchen and a lobby with museum-quality displays. Fully
    commissioned, the project achieved LEED™ Silver certification, aligning with the overall master plan for the athletics complex.

  • Frank O’Mara Track Center

    The new track operations building supports University of Arkansas athletes
    with modern training and support spaces. The facility includes men

    rooms, a team lounge, weight room, and
    training room, all designed to enhance athlete
    preparation, wellness, and day

    day operations adjacent to the existing track.

  • Centennial Stadium

    The 1,000

    seat Centennial Stadium at Newton Middle School serves all
    Littleton Public Schools and features an artificial turf field for football, soccer, and
    lacrosse, surrounded by an 8

    lane, 400

    meter track. Shot put and discus areas, plus a
    locker room
    and storage building, support athletes and officials. The seating and press box
    include first

    floor concessions and restrooms, with a second

    floor coaches and press area
    accessible by stair and elevator. The project also includes storm drainage, landscapin

    and concrete work.

  • McLane Stadium

    The
    new
    45,000

    seat football stadium, delivered in a joint venture with Austin
    Commercial, spans seven levels and includes a 1,310

    seat club area, letter winners club,
    72 loge boxes, 39 suites, six founders

    suites, and multiple concessions and retail spaces.
    A s
    hade canopy covers much of the seating bowl. The 93

    acre development also features
    new parking and tailgating areas, RV parking, pedestrian trails, intramural fields, basin
    improvements, a new pedestrian bridge, and campus enhancements south of the Brazos
    River.

  • Aquatic Practice Facility

    The new UIL competition

    level aquatic facility features two pools, including a
    50m competition pool with three

    team practice capacity, two bulkheads, and
    a
    1m
    springboard diving. Passively ventilated
    pool enclosures complement conditioned support
    spaces with locker rooms, coaches

    offices, concessions, and public restrooms. Designed
    for energy efficiency, the facility incorporates a prototype CHP system to optimize district

    wide energy performance.

  • BOK Center

    The BOK Center is a 550,000 SF multipurpose entertainment venue seating
    up to 18,000. Its flexible design hosts sports, performing arts, and large public events,
    while premium amenities include 30
    luxury suites, seven local restaurants, terrazzo
    flooring, an iconic glass wall, and one of the nation

    s most advanced scoreboards, creating
    a premier destination for visitors and fans alike.

  • San Marcos Public Services Complex

    The new Public Services Complex brings together a series of purpose-built facilities to support daily operations for the City of San Marcos. The campus includes multiple pre-engineered and conventional steel buildings housing administration offices, crew and maintenance spaces, warehouse and storage areas, wash bays, enclosed parking, and vehicle canopies.     Located south of the Chesapeake Energy Arena, the Oklahoma City
    Convention Center delivers a modern, light

    filled destination built for flexibility and scale.
    The facility offers 200,000 SF of
    exhibit space, 45,000 SF of meeting rooms, and a 30,000 SF
    ballroom anchored by a highly adaptable exhibit hall with operable walls. Informal
    gathering areas, a café, kitchens, and administrative offices support daily use, while a
    dedicated central utility
