exhibit space, 45,000 SF of meeting rooms, and a 30,000 SF
ballroom anchored by a highly adaptable exhibit hall with operable walls. Informal
gathering areas, a café, kitchens, and administrative offices support daily use, while a
dedicated central utility

The new fire training center is designed to support hands

on training and daily
operations. The facility includes offices, classrooms, conference and break spaces, fitness
and locker rooms,
and essential support areas such as laundry and showers. Two exterior
ambulance bays with dedicated power, a fully operational apparatus bay, and a mezzanine
with a removable rail for rappel training create flexible, real
–
world training environments for
fi
rst responders

The new 41,200 SF Police Station integrates advanced technology and
modern amenities to support officers and staff. The facility includes temporary animal
housing kennels, a spacious community meeting
area, and a thoughtfully designed layout
that prioritizes operational efficiency and public engagement. Its modern design fosters a
sense of safety, accessibility, and connection between the police department and the
community it serves.

The project delivers a new 11,000 SF fire station designed to support efficient
emergency response and daily operations. The facility includes modern apparatus bays,
living quarters, training and
support spaces, and administrative areas

creating a durable,
functional environment that serves both first responders and the surrounding community.

The new two
–
story, 58,000 SF office building houses City of Edmond offices
and includes a 14,000 SF courtroom. Adjacent to the building, a 350
–
space parking garage
provides convenient access
for staff and visitors, supporting the facility
’
s operations and
public services. Its modern design and functional layout enhance efficiency and create a
welcoming environment for both employees and the community.
