• Givens District Park Aquatic Facilities

    This
    project includes demolition of the existing pools and bathhouses and
    construction of a new Community Pool aligned with the Aquatic Master Plan. The facility
    features a lap lane pool,
    zero

    entry activity (tot) pool, water slide, spray ground, and a
    diving board with well. Supporting amenities include a bathhouse, family restrooms, a
    training and party room, deck space, and aquatic office areas. The project also participates
    in the City
    of Austin

    s Art in Public Places program, with a permanent art installation
    incorporated into the facility.

  • Creekside Park

    This 35

    acre park features a regulation

    size, lighted cricket field, a splash pad
    with play features, eight pickleball courts, a dog park, and a playground. Two pre

    fabricated
    structures provide restrooms and a maintenance facility. The Razorback Greenway Trail
    runs through the park, including a half

    mile trail connection added as part of this project,
    creating a recreational hub that supports sports, play, and outdoor communit
    y activity.

  • Colony Park Aquatic Facilities

    The new community pool at Colony provides a wide range of amenities for the
    City of Austin, including a lap lane pool, zero

    entry activity pool, water slide, spray ground,
    and diving board.
    Supporting spaces include a bathhouse, family restrooms, ample deck
    space, a training and party room, and aquatic office space. The facility also participates in
    the City of Austin

    s Art in Public Places program, featuring a permanent, site

    stallation.

  • Bee Creek Sports Complex

    The new community sports complex brings together four ball fields with
    supporting roadways and on

    site parking, creating a well

    connected and accessible
    destination for local athletics. The project also includes a dedicated maintenance building
    and restroo
    m facilities, designed to support daily operations and enhance the overall
    experience for players, families, and spectators.

  • Walmart Home Office Fitness Center

    The new 370,000 SF multi

    sport fitness center serves Walmart employees
    and offers a full range of recreational and wellness amenities. The facility includes three
    pools, ten tennis courts, 12 pickleball courts, racquetball and squash courts, basketball
    cou
    rts, and an indoor turf soccer field. Additional features include kids

    play areas,
    childcare
    , a culinary teaching kitchen, locker rooms, weight and cardio training, offices,
    meeting rooms, cryotherapy, and an indoor running track, creating a comprehensive
    space
    for fitness, recreation, and employee well

    being.

  • University of Memphis Pedestrian Bridge and Parking Garage

    This project consists of a pedestrian bridge and parking garage on the
    University of Memphis campus. The land bridge provides safe, secure, and uninterrupted
    pedestrian
    circulation up and over Walker Avenue, the Norfolk Southern Railroad, and
    Southern Avenue. The multi

    level parking structure accommodates 1,140 vehicles,
    supporting campus connectivity and access.

  • University of Houston Multi-Service Buildings & Parking Garage

    The new 67,0
    00
    SF multi

    service building houses food service
    establishments, architectural student workshops, studios and office areas, fine art
    studios, exhibition rooms, and new university office space. The project also includes a five

    story, 785,000 SF parking garage
    with 2,500 parking spaces. A new parking guidance
    system directs vehicles and provides real

    time visual updates on available spaces and
    quantities, improving circulation and the overall user experience.

  • SOMO Parking Garage

    This new cast

    in

    place, 600

    space parking garage is located just south of the
    Momentary. Thoughtfully designed pathways create seamless connections between the
    garage and the main building, enhancing
    accessibility and the overall visitor experience.

  • Sam Houston State University Coliseum Parking Garage

    The Design

    Build project site originally includes three small housing buildings
    that are abated and demolished at the start of the project. The new stand

    alone garage
    provides 550 parking spaces, serving as visitor parking for the campus and as the primary
    parking area for Coliseum events. The site also includes a 4,600 SF police dispatch building
    with offices, a conference room, a dispatch center, and supporting spaces
    at the ground
    level.

  • Downtown Mobility Center

    More than a parking garage, the Downtown Mobility Center transforms a
    former surface lot into a seven

    story, 960

    vehicle multimodal hub in the heart of downtown
    Memphis. Located at South Main Street
    and Beale Street, it supports nearby attractions
    including FedExForum and Tom Lee Park. The facility features a trolley stop, ride

    share
    access, EV charging, a secure bike hub, ground

    floor commercial space, and Memphis

    inspired artwork from 16 local artis
    ts

    enhancing connectivity, access, and downtown
    vitality.

  • AutoZone Skybridge

    The skybridge connects the Downtown Mobility Center
    (Level 5)
    , also
    constructed by Flintco
    ,
    to the AutoZone headquarters (Level 3), spanning Front Street and
    Peabody Place in downtown Memphis. This pedestrian
    bridge crosses a busy intersection
    at a 45

    degree angle and accommodates an 8

    foot elevation change, creating a complex
    three

    dimensional installation. The skybridge enhances safe, efficient pedestrian
    circulation between the two facilities.
