    ine supervision.
    Six pods are monitored indirectly from a control room, while two direct

    supervision
    dormitories support trustee housing. A rear service chase design keeps utilities and
    plumbing secure, while

    This project repairs approximately 30,000 SF of damage across eight floors caused by a
    chiller line break during Hurricane Harvey. Impacted spaces include six courtrooms,

    Repairs restore each space with new piping and insulation, drywall, finishes, paint,
    flooring, millwork, casework, and ceilings, returning the building to full function.
