    Socorro County Detention Center replaces an outdated downtown facility with a 21,000 SF
    building designed for safety, efficiency, and flexibility. Housing up to 108 inmates in eight
    pods, the
    “
    super pod
    ”
    layout
    creates
    a central observation core to streaml
    ine supervision.
    Six pods are monitored indirectly from a control room, while two direct
    –
    supervision
    dormitories support trustee housing. A rear service chase design keeps utilities and
    plumbing secure, while
    the plan
    improves staff efficiency, safety, and
    operational costs.

  • Harris County Juvenile Justice Center

    This project repairs approximately 30,000 SF of damage across eight floors caused by a
    chiller line break during Hurricane Harvey. Impacted spaces include six courtrooms,
    judge
    ’
    s chambers, administrative offices, classrooms, workspaces, and reception areas
    .
    Repairs restore each space with new piping and insulation, drywall, finishes, paint,
    flooring, millwork, casework, and ceilings, returning the building to full function.

  • DeSoto County Jail

    The 300

    bed facility houses 200 males
    ,
    100 females,
    and
    includes a laundry, kitchen,
    medical unit, booking department, and an enclosed vehicle

    sallyport
    .”
    Additional features
    include a male/female waiting room, pharmacy, medical isolation cells, and padded cells.
    A centralized control room oversees operations, while six double cells for females and a
    housing area divided by a central corridor enhance functi
    onality. The core pod is designed
    to prepare the complex for future expansion.

  • Bledsoe County Correctional Complex

    efficient correctional complex houses 1,444 inmates with the ability to expand
    by 512 beds. The
    415,000 SF
    project includes a new wastewater treatment plant, electrical
    substation, and water distribution system to support the facility. It also features a medical
    clinic, law library, and a vocational school offering auto diesel, HVAC, and CAD training.
