    The new Class A office building pairs with a 277

    space standalone parking
    structure. The design features shifted rectangular volumes across three levels, creating the
    impression that the building
    floats above the site. A façade of glass and metal panels
    combines curtain wall, ribbon windows, and vertical fins to form a dynamic, modern
    presence. Together, the building and parking structure deliver a refined workplace that
    balances strong architectur
    al expression with everyday functionality.

  • One Williams Center

    Since 2012, eleven floors of the corporate headquarters have been renovated
    as part of an ongoing modernization effort. Full departments are relocated each year to
    allow complete interior demolition and the
    installation of updated mechanical, electrical,
    plumbing, and IT systems. Renovated spaces feature refreshed finishes, furniture, and
    layouts that support flexible work, collaboration, and enhanced technology. Major
    upgrades include data systems, wireless
    access, AV capabilities, and intelligent building
    controls. Strategic phasing keeps departments operational during transitions, minimizing

    After 100 years in its previous headquarters, this new facility is designed to
    support the Oklahoma

    based concrete company for the next century. The three

    78,000 SF building balances durability and functionality with a modern workplace
    environment.
    It features polished concrete floors, executive offices, an open floor plan,
    conference rooms, an employee break room and kitchen, and a fitness center. A self

    sustaining 24/7 dispatch center is housed in the basement. Visitors enter through a three

    story,
    self

    contained atrium, where Dolese

    s concrete products and materials are
    showcased throughout the building.

  • DDA West TN New Regional Office

    The new regional office campus spans 15 acres and includes three purpose

    built buildings. A 30,000 SF administration building provides office, training, and
    conference spaces, while the 19,000 SF
    Seating and Positioning Clinic supports evaluation
    and clinical services. An 18,000 SF maintenance and warehouse facility houses equipment
    and vehicle storage, along with high

    bay space for records and supplies. Together, the
    campus supports efficient ope
    rations and delivers essential services in a coordinated,
    accessible setting.

    office interior renovation transforms
    34,000 SF office space on the sixth
    floor of 222 N. Detroit Office Building. The space includes outdoor terraces that provide
    expansive downtown Tulsa views and is designed to highlight functionality, technology,
    connectivity, and efficiency for the end u
    sers. A work café provides a modern approach to
    the office, allowing for interaction among the attorneys, staff, and clients. The space also
    features an art gallery installed outside of the main conference rooms. This space
    highlights the industrial atmosp
    here of the building and showcases modern materials to
    elevate the interior.

    phase renovation project for Harris County includes interior finish
    replacements and building system improvements. The 11th Floor renovation modernizes
